With 3 penalty saves in one game, Eli Ryan is first keeper to earn Player of the Week

Hortonville’s Eli Ryan becomes the first ever goalkeeper to earn XTT and Total Soccer Wisconsin’s player of the week award.

The senior notched 14 total saves during the week. While playing Neenah, he faced four penalty attempts (we have questions for the Hortonville backline) and saved three of them—crucial to keeping the game level against their conference rivals. In his match against Oshkosh North, he notched eight saves to help the Polar Bears win 3-2.
